Download the Crew App
The Crew app is available on both major app stores:

iOS (Apple App Store) – Download here

Tip 💡: Stripe maintains a list of supported devices across Android and iOS.
Check this list to ensure the staff devices meet requirements for payment features like Tap to Pay
Log In and Create Staff Access

Make sure each staff member has a me&u account.

If they don’t, follow the steps in How to invite new staff

Log in to the Crew app using the same credentials used for Manage.

First-time users should reset their password in Manage before signing in.
All user roles have access to Crew. If an account is missing, contact support@meandu.com to be added.
Configure Table Groups for Staff Upsells
Staff upsells in Crew rely on correct table group configuration.

Log in to Manage.

Go to Venue Details > Table Groups.

Set up or review table groups as needed.
