Who can manage users?

Users with the "Owners" permissions level will be able to manage staff for any venue they have access to. If you have several venues within your organisation then you'll be able to manage users for each of these by navigating the drop-down in the top left of Manage. 

Viewing staff

From the Organisation Staff listing page; you can easily search for staff by name, filter by Venue, or by Role. Clicking the column headers Name, Email, Role, or Venues will allow you to sort by that column

How to invite new staff

Hiring someone new and need to give them access to me&u?

Click [Invite Staff] to add someone new to your Organisation - you will be taken to the Invite Staff page where you can:

• Assign the staff member’s role
• Add their name
• Add their email
• Assign them to one or more Venues

The staff member will then receive an email prompting them to complete setting up their account. They will then be able to log into Manage.

Note: The staff member’s account is linked to their email address. Please ensure the email is typed correctly as it cannot be edited.

How to edit staff user levels

From the Organisation Staff listing page, click the three dots next to a staff member’s details to view additional options. Click [Edit Staff] - from the Edit Staff page, you can update:

• A staff member’s role
• Their name
• Add or remove venues they have access to

Note: Email address cannot be edited. Please create a separate account with the new email address.

How to change your password

1. Open https://manage.meandu.app/ then click ‘Forgot password.’
2. Enter your email address and click 'Continue.'
