me&u Academy is an online training platform designed to help venue managers and their teams maximise the benefits of me&u at their venue. It provides tailored training to ensure everyone is equipped to use me&u effectively, driving smoother operations and increased revenue.
When should it be completed?
It is recommended that all staff complete the relevant training modules before using me&u in the venue. There are three customised learning pathways:
