Staff members can now be alerted on what matters the most during the service: Fast feedback and missed order notifications.
Steps
You can receive Crew notifications on an iPhone, Apple Watch, iPad or Android device.
1. Download Crew (ensure you have the latest version of the app downloaded)
2. Toggle on the 'On Duty' option
3. Make sure notifications for Crew are enabled on your iPhone. Go to Settings > Notifications > find Crew in the list > toggle notifications on.

Notifications in Crew
All notifications in Crew sit under the Inbox tab, where you can track, manage and filter them based on your needs.

Open the Crew app

From the bottom navigation, select Inbox
- Use Filters at the top right corner of the screen, click dropdown All ˅
- To filter and manage what you see you can select your preference as per below:

All – shows every notification

Unread – only shows notifications you haven’t opened yet

Missed orders – highlights any orders that were missed

Archived – stores older notifications you’ve moved out of your active inbox
Fast feedback notifications
Surfaces real-time customer feedback star ratings while customers are still in your venue. You can now turn any frowns upside down in the moment before guests leave negative online reviews (e.g. Google Reviews) and you'll get valuable insights about what's working, and what could be improved with your service and offering.
Missed order notifications
A missed order happens when a guest order has been placed, but isn't received by your venue POS. It doesn't happen often, but this can happen when there are WiFi issues in a venue, an item is out of stock or POS servers go down.
