What is Fast Feedback?
Fast Feedback surfaces real-time customer feedback star ratings while customers are still in your venue. You can now turn any frowns upside down in the moment before guests leave negative online reviews (e.g. Google Reviews) and you'll get valuable insights about what's working, and what could be improved with your service and offering.
Fast Feedback is a Beta feature we’re releasing with Crew (read more about Crew, here)
How it works
- Customers can optionally leave a 1-5 star review after every order
- Customers can optionally leave notes against their review
- Venue Manager’s with Crew can get instant feedback via notifications
- Venue Manager’s will have access to insights and reporting on feedback received to analyse with their teams.

How to set up Fast Feedback
- Contact me&u and we’ll enable Fast Features on your Venue.
- Ensure you’ve got the latest version of Crew installed - see this article for more information on how to set up Crew
- Login to Crew with your Manage credentials
- Make sure notifications for Crew are enabled on your iPhone. Go to Settings > Notifications > find Crew in the list > toggle notifications on.
- Keep in mind that notifications will only be received if "Do Not Disturb" mode is turned off on the iPhone.
Fast Feedback FAQs
- How often are guests prompted to send a review? After every order.
- Are guests required to review their experience? No, it is completely optional.
- Are all reviews sent to Crew? Yes, on the first release, all reviews are sent to Crew. For the beta, our rationale is to first see how many people are reviewing.
- Are all reviews captured? Yes, we will record all reviews both in crew and in our database.
- Will there be reporting? Yes, we’ll be able to write a report that aggregates all the reviews submitted by guests.
