What devices is Crew available on?
Crew is available for both iPhone and Android devices.
Currently, Upsells is only supported on iPhones (iPhone XS and newer, released from September 2018 onwards).
Most features, except Staff Upsell, work on an iPad. However, to process payments, an iPhone XS or newer is required.

How much does it cost?
Crew is available to download for free from the App Store here or Google Store here. Only accessible for me&u Serve customers. You'll be charged your existing transaction rate for all orders processed through the Staff Upsells feature.

How do I take payments with a physical card?
Accept contactless debit and credit cards with Tap to Pay.
To accept a contactless card, present your mobile device to the customer and ask the customer to hold their card horizontally on the tap area for a few seconds until done.

Staff Upsells FAQs:

Can I use Staff Upsells on an iPad? Unfortunately, Tap to Pay is only available on iPhone as of November 2023.
- Can I split payments on Staff Upsells: Not yet, stay tuned!
- Can I mark items out of Stock? Items will need to be marked out of stock in Manage. We will be working to make this feature available in Crew shortly.
- Can I take cash orders? No. Crew accepts contactless payment debit and credit cards and Apple Pay on iPhone.
- Can I process refunds? Refunds will need to be processed through Manage.
- Can I view my total sales, including tips; in the Crew App? Orders in the Crew App display the total sales value, including tips, associated with that specific user profile. This allows staff to easily track their performance and contributions directly within the app.

What ordering types does Fast Feedback work with? You must be using Dine-in and Counter ordering types. It is not supported for Multi-vendor venues or Flex tables.

How often are guests prompted to send a review? After every order.

Are guests required to review their experience? No, it is completely optional.

Are all reviews sent to Crew? Yes.

Are all reviews captured? Yes, we will record all reviews both in Crew and in our database.

Will there be reporting? Yes, we’ll be able to write a report that aggregates all the reviews submitted by guests. Email support@meandu.com or contact chat support through the speech bubble in Manage to request the creation of a report.
