Similar to how you could search table numbers within Venue Manager on me&u 1.0, you can also search for customers via their table number, name and mobile number on 2.0 within Manage.

Steps

1. Log in to Manage and go to Orders > Orders & Refunds

2. To search via table number, prepend your search term with t:
Note: You can also search for a customer's name or their mobile number

E.g. A search for table 123 would be t:123

3. Click View Details 
You can review order details, process refunds or find the URL of the customer's receipt/tax invoice. In the top right corner, there is an Invoice button. This is the invoice that the customer received via SMS or email when they placed their order.

💡 Important
The search term must be an exact match and is case-sensitive for any tables that contain letters (e.g., "i" vs. "I")!
