This automation will send an email to customers after they've visited your location 3 times. We'll also include instructions to create a discount code that you can include in the email.

1. Once logged in to your account, select the + button and choose Create an automation
2. Select Blank Automation
3. In the right hand menu, select the arrow next to Triggers to expand the section.
4. Scroll down until you see Day/Time and drag it into the Trigger area on the left side of the page
5. Set up how often you'd like the automation to run. In the example below we've left it to the default options except for the time, which will be 10am. This means that the automation will check every day at 10am for eligible contacts. Select Save.
   
6. Make sure the Criteria menu is expanded by clicking the arrow next to Criteria.
7. Scroll down until you see Visit Field and drag it onto the Trigger Criteria/Action area.
8. Select Last Booking Date and was yesterday, and then select Save.
   
9. We also need a second criteria, to determine how many times your contact has visited the location. Drag Visit Field to the Trigger Criteria/Action area under the Yes option.
10. Select Number of Visits, equals and 3. Select Save.
    • This filters contacts that have visited your location 3 times, but you can change the number to whichever you wish. 
      
11. Make sure the Actions menu is expanded by clicking the arrow next to Actions.
12. Drag Email over to the Trigger Criteria/Action area under the Yes option.
13. Fill in the Subject, From email and From name.
14. Leave Reply to as blank, Frequency to Always send and make sure Ignore Opt-out status is unchecked.
15. Select Add to existing folder and select an existing Loyalty Automations folder if one has been created. If not, select Create a new campaign folder and name it Loyalty Automations.
    
16. Select Save.
17. When completed your automation should look something like this:
