You can set up SMS notifications to trigger to customers when you can't find them to deliver their order.
The message fields are customisable according to your liking!
Steps to set up SMS notifications
1. Open https://manage.meandu.app/
2. Click on Orders > SMS Notifications
3. Scroll to ‘Order customer not found’ and copy & paste the default text or add your own.
Note: to customise their name just put the word name in brackets e.g. [name]
4. Click Save
You will notice there are two areas to fill this in: the Dine-in area of the page as well as the In-venue delivery area at the bottom of the page.

Steps for staff to trigger an SMS to a customer
Open https://manage.meandu.app/ (Orders > Live Orders)
1. Click on the order then click the green button ‘SMS for collection’
2. Click Confirm
