You can configure your me&u menu to best match your desired sequence of service. Here we have outlined how you can set counter pick-up for food orders and deliver to table for drinks orders.
- Log in to me&u Manage 2.0
- Add Counter as an ordering type in Venue Info under Ordering type
- Go to Orders > Notifications and in the Counter pickup section update the messaging under
- In App Message : Order accepted to something like “Your drinks will be delivered to your table. We will SMS you when your food is ready to pickup at the kitchen”
- Optional: You can also add this information to the following locations:
- In Home Page & Branding you can edit Counter pickup venue landing page message
- Some venues will also add this information to Pop-up notifications text
