If you need to temporarily turn ordering off for your venue or a specific ordering type, follow the instructions below.

1. Go to Orders > Turn On/Off
2. To turn on/off all ordering, toggle On/Off for Is ordering currently available?
   1. If you would like to turn ordering on/off for a specific ordering type, select the toggle next to the ordering type.
3. Click Save

If you would like to receive an email when ordering is turned off at your venue, you can add your email address in Venue Info.

1. Go to Venue Details>Venue Info and scroll down to Escalation Emails
2. Add any email addresses that need to receive email notifications.
3. Scroll to the bottom of the page and select Save
