The Resend Invite feature allows you to resend a new activation email to a staff member (or team member) who hasn’t yet accepted their original invitation. This ensures they can access the platform and complete their account setup without requiring manual assistance or additional support. It’s a quick way to keep onboarding moving smoothly and ensure all invited team members can log in successfully.
🔐 Permissions required

- Who can resend invites: Account Owners or users with Custom Roles that include Manage Users permission

If you don’t have access:
- You won’t see Settings > Users > Assign Role > Resend Invite option
- You can only view the user list in read-only mode, without the option buttons or dropdown menu to resend invites
- In this case, contact your Account Owner
Why it matters
Resending an invite helps maintain continuity in user onboarding. Instead of creating a new account or escalating to support, you can easily trigger a new invite, reducing setup delays and keeping user management efficient.
📩 When to use it
Use Resend Invite when:
- A user missed or deleted their original invite email
- The initial invite link has expired
- You’ve confirmed the user’s email is correct but they haven’t activated their account
🧭 How to resend a user invite
- Go to Settings > Users
- Find the user in the list
- From the Actions (⋮) dropdown, select Resend Invite
The system will send a new activation email to the same email address
⚠️ If the email address is incorrect
Delete the user and re-add them with the correct email before resending an invite

💡 Managing Invitations
- If the activation email is not received, go to the Users page, open the Actions (⋮) dropdown and select Resend Invite.
- Pending invites remain active until accepted or manually removed
- Confirm the user’s email address is correct
- Ask the invited user to check their spam/junk folder if the email doesn’t
