What is me&u × Velocity?
me&u and Velocity Frequent Flyer have partnered to make your orders more rewarding. You can:
- Earn 1 Velocity Point per $5 spent when you link your me&u and Velocity account and order using me&u at participating venues

Pay with Points: Available at all me&u venues in Australia on eligible transactions
- Eligible transactions for Pay with Points are made with linked Visa Debit cards through Apple Pay or Google Pay, or Visa Credit cards. Spend limits, exclusions and T&Cs apply.

How to earn Velocity Points
Link your me&u and Velocity accounts

Place your order through me&u
- Once linked, you automatically earn 1 Velocity Point for every $5 spent on eligible orders

You’ll also receive a 100 bonus Velocity Points when you first link your me&u and Velocity account
Track your Velocity Points

Points will appear in your Velocity app and in your me&u account history after checkout
Note: Only guests who have linked their me&u and Velocity account, prior to ordering with me&u at participating venues, will earn Velocity Points.
How 'Pay with Points' works (cashback after you pay)
Guests can choose to use their Velocity Points to pay for their transaction when they order using me&u. They just need an eligible Australian-issued Visa card linked to their Velocity account. Pay with Points only works if the same card is linked to their Velocity app.
After ordering and paying via me&u, guests will receive a Velocity app notification to prompt them to pay with Points for their previous order. The guest would then get refunded by Velocity.
Points are deducted instantly, and the amount is credited back to their Visa card within 2–10 business days.
Important Things to Know:
• The card saved in Velocity must be the same card you used to pay on me&u
• Pay with Points is entirely managed by Velocity, not the venue or me&u
• me&u does not display an option to Pay with Points button at checkout, as this happens
retrospectively to your me&u payment within a push notification from your Velocity app
• Pay with Points does not affect venue payments or your order confirmation
Where Can I Use 'Pay with Points'?
If you have linked your me&u and Velocity account, you are eligible to receive the option to retrospectively Pay with Points at any me&u location across Australia.
What is an Eligible Card for 'Pay with Points'?
An eligible Australian-issued Visa card linked to their Velocity account. Pay with Points only works if the same card is linked to their Velocity app. More card types may be added in future.

- Do I need to do anything to start earning Points?
Yes - link your Velocity membership to your me&u account once. After that, you’ll earn automatically.
- When do my Points show up?
Points appear in your Velocity app and your me&u account history after checkout.
- I used Pay with Points. When will my refund arrive?
Refunds usually arrive within 2–10 business days after accepting the offer in the Velocity app.
- Do group tabs earn Points?
For Pay-at-End group tabs, the tab owner who pays earns the Points as long as they've linked their Velocity Frequent Flyer membership to their me&u account.
- Can I earn both venue loyalty and Velocity Points?
Yes - you can earn Velocity Points on top of available venue loyalty rewards.
