Insights brings all your key metrics into one place, turning raw data into clear, actionable insights. Built directly into the me&u Manage portal, it centralises reporting so you can track what matters, export what you need, and move from complexity to clarity. Whether you’re reviewing performance at a single venue or across a group, you’ll gain visibility into basket behaviour, average transaction value, product usage trends, and more - without leaving the platform.
You now have 23+ new venue-level dashboards and 10 new group-level (organisation) dashboards - a major upgrade from the five limited reports previously available.
Manage users with Venue Owners or Venue Staff access will be able to access to a venue or organisation can view the reports
Is the data real-time?
Two dashboards update in real time: Daily Sales and Daily Item Summary. These are tagged as Live Data in Manage.
All other dashboards update once per day. Data for a trading day (defined as 5:00 am to 5:00am the following day) becomes available the following day from 10:00am onwards. For example, the Tuesday trading day starts at 5:00 am Tuesday and ends at 5:00 am Wednesday. The data for this Tuesday trading day will be viewable in the dashboard from 10:00 am Wednesday.
Where to find it
Log in to your Manage portal and click Insights in the left menu. From here you can open venue-level dashboards or switch to Group insights for organisation-level dashboards if you have right permissions.
Are the legacy reports still available?
Sales Report and Item Summary remain, renamed as “Daily sales” and “Daily item summary,” to support during‑service use and end‑of‑night cash up. Other legacy reports are replaced by the new dashboards with deeper insights.
Can I export dashboard data?
Yes! All dashboards support built-in download button, so you can export exactly the data you need without leaving the platform.

What time window defines a “trading day”?
Reporting uses a 5:00 am to 5:00 am trading day across dashboards for consistency.
