- Venue-level dashboards – rich, day-to-day insights for a single location.
- Group/Organisation-level dashboards – a consolidated, strategic view across multiple venues.
Group-Level Dashboards
Built for regional managers and head-office teams, 10+ dashboards combine data from multiple venues so you can compare performance, spot trends, and plan strategy. Some dashboards mirror venue reports with the filter to view more than on venue within your organisation.
What if I have access to multiple organisation?
Organisation dashboards default to the current organisation you're viewing, but you can switch or combine venues from other organisations you can access.

What’s Shared with Venue Level

Overview
Provides the same high-level KPIs as the Venue Level’s Overview—revenue, orders, average transaction value (ATV), average customer spend (per visit), and key trends—rolled up across every venue (or a selection of venues) you have access to. This lets you instantly assess overall organisational performance and benchmark venues side-by-side.

Basket Data > Line Item Export
Offers an organisation-wide export of every order line item, including product, quantity, price, timestamps, and identifiers. This your BI teams a single download for deep cross-venue analysis.

Combines customer metrics from all venues—total customers, opt-ins, repeat-visit rate, rating distribution, and 12-month average rating with venue-level comparisons. This highlights loyalty trends and service quality differences across locations so you can target customer-experience improvements where they’re needed most.

Transaction and Metrics Export (same as venue level)
Aggregates the Venue Transactions & Metrics data—daily transaction counts, gross and net sales, and average order size—across all venues. This acts as a one-stop shop to export every key metric across the organisation, simplifying audits and cross-venue performance reviews.

Shows total MVO sales and the share of overall sales generated when guests order across multiple venues in a single session. This reveals cross-venue ordering behaviour at scale and helps identify opportunities for collaborative promotions or shared service models.
