Shows high-level key metrics for overall venue performance. Use this to see at a glance how any selected period—is tracking without opening individual dashboards.

Daily, Live Reports
2.1 Daily Sales (Sales Report)
shows Live revenue totals, with key details such as refunds, tips, card fees, discounts, sales tax , total orders and trend of the current trading day with average order value, average customer spend. Use this to end of your day closing reports and to monitor in-day performance and respond to sale patterns in real time.
2.2 Daily Item Summary (Summary)
shows live item-level sales for today. Use this to spot fast-moving products and adjust menus or promotions during service.

Sales performance
Highlights revenue with insights on average weekly and daily sales, day-of-week and hourly patterns, and a rolling 12-month comparison. Breaks down revenue by category, menu section, table group, and even individual table number. Use this to understand growth, seasonality, and the impact of campaigns or menu changes.

Highlights total orders with insights on average weekly and daily order, day of the week and by hour. These details will help you diagnose throughput and demand patterns independent of revenue.

ATV (Average transaction value)
This dashboard expands on average transaction by day, week, and custom date range and compare me&u performance to your POS.
Use it to identify upsell opportunities—low ATV means you can improve menu design, promos, or add-ons—while high ATV highlights what’s working so you can double down.

F&B detail
This dashboard splits revenue between food and drinks, highlighting top-selling items and category performance so you can balance menu mix and stock.

Please note: The MVO dashboards only appear for venues that are configured as MVO. They’re hidden for non‑MVO venues. It is available to users who have access to that venue in Manage and hold Venue Owner or Venue Staff roles.
