A quick guide to getting started with the me&u Data Feed, wherever your venues operate.
What is the me&u Data Feed?
The me&u Data Feed delivers your venue’s data straight into your own Snowflake account - orders, payments, customers and more - refreshed every day. No file exports and no reports to wait on: it’s a live connection to your data that you can query whenever you need it.
From there, use your data however you like - pull it into your own warehouse, connect a BI tool, feed it to AI tooling, build your own pipelines, or just export CSVs.
How it works
- Your data stays with us → zero-copy, nothing is duplicated.
- You only ever see your own data → securely filtered to your venues.
- Refreshed daily → typically within 24 hours of transactions.
- You subscribe on the Snowflake Marketplace → and pay through your own Snowflake account.
- You’re served from your region → the feed comes from the me&u region your venues operate in.
🔒 Your data stays private. The Marketplace listing is public - anyone can find it - but subscribing alone shows you nothing. You only ever see data for the venue(s) we’ve switched on for you, and never anyone else’s.
Choose your tier
The Data Feed comes in three tiers. They’re cumulative - Pro includes everything in Standard, and Enterprise includes everything in Pro.
| Standard | Pro (recommended) | Enterprise | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Best for | Finance & reconciliation, or feeding your own BI | Groups with their own data team | Large groups with dedicated analytics |
| Includes | Orders, bills, payouts, refunds | Standard + customers, menus, enriched line items, Connect CRM | Pro + venue history; bespoke by negotiation |
| Australia & New Zealand | AUD $29 / month | AUD $99 / month | AUD $249 / month |
| United Kingdom | GBP £15 / month | GBP £50 / month | GBP £125 / month |
| United States | USD $22 / month | USD $75 / month | USD $185 / month |
For the full list of tables and fields in each tier, see How to use the me&u Data Feed
Pro and above include customer personal data (names, contact details) and CRM activity, governed by your data sharing agreement (permitted use, retention, and marketing opt-ins).
Find your region
Your Snowflake account should be in the same general geographic region as your venues’ me&u data. We can provide data across cloud providers and within notable geographic boundaries (for example, EU or ANZ) without crossing significant geographic boundaries (for example, Australia → UK).
| Your venues are in | Recommended Snowflake region | Marketplace provider |
|---|---|---|
| Australia & New Zealand | Asia Pacific (Sydney) on AWS | me&u APAC |
| United Kingdom | EU (Frankfurt) on AWS | me&u GB |
| United States | US West (Oregon) on AWS | me&u US |
Get in touch if any of this is a barrier to setup, or if your venues operate outside these regions.
How to get connected
- Set up a Snowflake account in the recommended region for your venues (see above), if you don’t already have one. Any edition works, including the free trial.
-
Subscribe to your tier’s listing for your region on the Snowflake Marketplace:

Send us your account identifier and venues. Run this in Snowflake and send the result to your me&u contact, along with which venue(s) you should see:
SELECT CURRENT_ORGANIZATION_NAME() || '.' || CURRENT_ACCOUNT_NAME();
- We switch on your data. Within one business day your data starts appearing - and only your venues. Until then you’ll see no rows even though you’ve subscribed; that’s expected.
- Query your data directly in Snowflake.
What you can do with your data
- Query directly - run SQL in Snowflake’s web interface or any SQL client.
- Connect your BI tools - Tableau, Power BI, Looker, Metabase, Omni and more.
- Load into your warehouse - copy it into your own tables to transform or join with other sources.
- Automate with code - use Snowflake’s Python, Node.js and other connectors to build pipelines and integrations.
What it costs
Your tier is a monthly subscription billed through the Snowflake Marketplace, priced in your region’s currency (see Choose your tier). On top of that, you only pay Snowflake for the compute you use when querying - typically only a small amount each month for light use. There’s no storage cost, since the data stays in our account.
Ready to get started?
Talk to your me&uaccount manager and subscribe to your tier for your region, and send us your Snowflake account identifier and the venue(s) you should see. We’ll switch on your data and point you at the documentation for querying.
