If you'd like to send out SMS campaigns, you'll need to buy SMS credits. A single SMS credit covers 160 characters (including spaces), which is one full message. However while crafting your campaign message you can send up to 3 messages, so be aware of how many credits you're using per campaign.

How to buy Credits

1. Log into your account
2. Hover over Credits at the top right of the screen
   
3. Select Buy Credit
   
   
4. Type in the number of SMS credits you'd like to buy. You can also select See SMS Pricing to see a full list of pricing (price varies based on credits purchased - the more you buy, the cheaper it gets). 
   
5. If you already have a card saved to the account, you can select Buy Credits. If not, choose Add a New Card and enter your details. 
   

How to setup Auto Top-up

If you are consistently using SMS campaigns or have a SMS automation set up, you can consider setting up the auto top-up to save some time.

1. Log into Connect
2. Hover over "Credits" at the top right of the screen and select Setup Auto Top-up
3. Toggle the SMS Auto Top-up button
   
   
4. When SMS Credit balance is below: you will auto top-up at this number. Choose a minimum to ensure your automations and campaigns still run.
5. Fill in SMS No. with the amount of SMS Credits you'd like to top up with.
6. Click Save
