This article explains how to setup unique vouchers in bulk or as standalone vouchers. Bulk codes are used to provide each customer with a unique code, while standalone codes are used to provide a single code that can be used by all customers.
How to setup your unique or standalone vouchers
- Create your voucher until you reach the Program Size tab.
- Choose either Bulk Codes or Standalone Code.
Creating standalone / single codes
- Scroll down to the Custom Code section and add your desired voucher code.
- Specify a number under Code Redemption Limit if you want to limit redemption. Alternatively, you can tick the Unlimited checkbox.
Creating multiple unique codes
- Add your program name
- Specify a number under Code Redemption Limit if you want to limit redemption. Alternatively, you can tick the Unlimited checkbox.
- Under Code Count, enter the number of codes you'd like to generate.
- If you want to choose a prefix and suffix for your codes, tick the Advanced Code Settings checkbox.
Customising your unique codes
When creating voucher codes in bulk, you can choose to personalise your randomly generated vouchers.
Note: your code length and pattern affects the maximum number of vouchers you can generate.
- Follow the steps above and tick the Advanced Code Settings checkbox.
- Choose your desired character set (Alphanumeric, Alphabetic, or Numbers)
- If applicable, specify the maximum number of characters under Code Length.
We recommend a minimum of 5 characters. - If applicable, add your desired code pattern and use # in place for a random character. For example, me&##U may generate me&12U, me&32U, etc.

- If applicable, add your desired postfix. For example, if you add me&u your code may be 123me&u, 456me&u
