View all the orders placed to your venue and find previous orders and refunds. Search by name, mobile number or table number and view the order details.

1. Go to Orders > Orders & Refunds. 
   It will show you the order information such as status, date, name, mobile number, table number, order type, and amount for each order. 
2. You can search for a specific order using the search bar on the right hand side. You can search for a customer's name, their mobile number or the table number they ordered from.
   • If you want to search for their table number, you have to first type "T:" and then their table number. For example, if you're looking for table 123, you'd type T:123 into the search bar. This will give you a list of all the orders from table 123.
     
3. If you click View Details on the right side, you will see more details about each order.
4. Here you can review order details, process refunds or find the URL of the customer's receipt/tax invoice. In the top right corner, there is an Invoice button. This is the invoice that the customer received via SMS or email when they placed their order.
