What are Live dashboards?
Live dashboards show in‑service performance with continual recalculation as orders are placed, modified, or refunded. Best for monitoring today’s pacing, making operational calls, and watching payouts as they occur. Figures may shift slightly through the day as late events arrive.

Notes on definitions
- Revenue: Gross revenue generated in the selected timeframe. This is not the net payout. It includes venue surcharges and tips, but excludes the me&u platform fee (which is me&u's revenue); fees and deductions are handled separately in Live Payouts.
- Non‑discounted price: Revenue that could have been generated without discounts such as happy hour, limited offers, staff discounts.
- Average customer: Useful when a single customer places multiple orders; shows average spend per customer.
Views and breakdowns
- Sales by hour: Compare today vs typical to spot surges or slowdowns
- Channel split: Dine‑in, pickup, delivery for staffing decisions
- Graph view: Identify weekday‑weekend and day‑of‑week patterns or use ordering window dates!
Daily Items
Spot today’s movers and non‑movers to adjust prep, stock, pricing, and promos during service.
Key metrics and filters
- Items ranked by quantity and revenue
