The View Previous Uploads page gives you a summary of every contact file uploaded to your account—showing how many contacts were added, updated, skipped, or failed. It acts as your audit trail for all imports.
How to access
1. Go to Contacts
2. Click the + icon (top right)
3. Select View Previous Uploads
You’ll see a list of all past uploads.
What the table shows
• No. Lines : Total rows in the CSV
• New Contacts: Newly created contacts
• Existing: Rows that updated existing contacts
• Blank: Empty or non-usable rows
• Failed: Rows missing a valid email or mobile
Note: This view does not show field-level data (tags, opt-ins, etc).
Where to check those:
• Tags → filter your Contact List
• Opt-in counts → check Dashboard Summary tiles
• Updated fields → open a contact profile
Troubleshoot failed rows
If an upload contains failures:
Click the red 'Failed' number → a CSV with only the failed rows downloads automatically.
Fix the issues (e.g., invalid email/mobile, formatting errors) and re-upload a small patch file instead of redoing the whole list.
Download the original file
If you have export permissions:
• Click Download A Copy under the file name to re-download the original CSV for verification or compliance.
Common error reasons
• Missing email and mobile
• Invalid phone format
• Malformed email address
• Incorrect or unmapped column headers
• CSV formatting issues (extra headers, non-UTF-8 encoding)
These appear inside the failure CSV.
Why this page is useful
• Keeps a record of all past imports
• Makes it easy to spot errors and correct only failed rows
• Helps with QA, audits, and client reporting
• Ensures your contact database stays clean and accurate
Limitation: You cannot see who uploaded the file.
