The View Previous Uploads page allows you to gain insight on contacts added to the system via uploads. From this section, you’ll be able to see the name of the file, number of lines in the spreadsheet, the number of new contacts added, the number of existing contacts detected; as well as blank rows, and failed contacts. (Failed contacts are contacts within the spreadsheet who did not have an email address and/or a mobile number specified.) You will also be able to download a copy of the uploaded spreadsheets.

 

From the Contacts section click on the plus symbol at the top right of your screen
