Insights lets you view performance data at two different levels: Venue and Group (Organisation).Â
💡 Quick analogy : Venue reporting is like using a microscope—perfect for drilling into a single location. Organisation reporting is a wide-angle lens—ideal for comparing performance across all your venues.
Â
Why two levels of reporting?
Venue Level insights dashboard gives your on-site managers or the detailed, day-to-day insights they need to run a venue effectively.
With over 24 dashboards, you can dive into everything from hourly sales trends and product usage metrics to repeat-customer numbers and more, helping them make immediate, data-informed decisions that keep operations running smoothly.
Group Level insights provides a big-picture overview of your entire organisation.
It consolidates key data from a selection of—or all—venues, allowing management and head-office teams to easily compare performance, spot trends, and make strategic decisions that impact the whole group.
Note: If your organisation contains only one venue, the Organisation view will show the same data as the Venue view.

Key Difference: Scope of Data
The difference between the two comes down to scope of data:
| Â | Venue-Level Reports | Organisation (Group)-Level Reports |
| What you see | Metrics for one specific venue only. | Combined and comparative metrics for multiple venues in the same organisation. |
| Best for | Venue managers or staff who need to monitor daily performance, trends and usage for their location. | Regional or operations managers who need to compare venues, spot trends, and measure performance across a whole group. |
| Filters | Date range and, where available, live/next day (T+1) for that single venue. | Organisation-wide filters so you can include all venues or select a subset for side-by-side analysis. |
| Access | Venue Owner and Venue Staff user access can only access this. | For group-level Payouts specifically, only users with the Venue Owner role can view them. Other group dashboards (e.g., Refunds, Discounts, Surcharges, Overview) are available to Venue Staff as well, but Payouts (GL) is Owner-only |
Â
What if I have access to multiple organisations?
Organisation dashboards default to the current organisation you’re viewing, but you can switch or combine venues from other organisations you can access.
Why don’t I see data for all venues in Organisation reporting?
Group dashboards respect your Manage permissions. You’ll only see venues that your user account has access to.
