This article explains how to apply promotion to specific items from Serve. You can use either amount or percentage type discounts, such as:

• Apply 10% discount for item Garlic Bread
• Apply $5 discount for item Espresso Martini

How to apply promotion to specific items

1. Add your product from Serve to Reward (see How to add single products to Reward). If you'd like to add multiple products, create a static collection (see How to create static collections)
2. Create your voucher until you reach the Discount value tab.
3. Select your discount value as Product Discount 
4. Select discount type as Percent Discount: Apply discount to the item subtotal and Percent of Discount % 10
5. Under Discounted Products select item or select + Create new item for a new item
6. You can also select static or dynamic product collections here as well. 
7. If you used a static collection, you can choose to apply discount to all, cheapest or most expensive option in the cart
