Nested items help you customise your menu items, set up multiple sizes and upgrades as well as creating daily specials.

When do you use nested items?
Nested Items allow you to enable various me&u features. Whether you're setting up drink sizes, upgrading from half to a full dozen oysters, or creating daily specials, we will step you through the easy process below.

Step 1 - Setting the item as nested

Regardless of which feature you are enabling, setting a menu item as nested is your first step.

1. Go to Your Menu > Menu Items
2. Select the category
3. Select the item you wish to nest (eg. larger size) Toggle ON "Is a nested item?"
4. Click Update

Step 2 - How are you using nested items?

Now that your item is nested, you will need to choose which feature you are enabling. Select from the following:

• If you are using nesting to create multiple sizes/upgrades for your menu items and drinks, refer to How to add multiple sizes/upgrades for menu items and drinks.
