Create a pop-up message that appears when your customers first see your menu. 

You can add a pop-up window in me&u that appears once people first open your menu.

Pop ups can be used to display a welcome message or highlight a special event. Such as: Holiday promotions (eg: Valentine's Day) or tickets for a special event (eg: New years eve party)

Steps

Go to Venue Details > Home Page & Branding. 

Pop-up Notification image

You can customise your pop-up notification image.

1. Upload the pop-up notification image you would like to show. We recommend an image that is 500 x 250.
2. Enter the message you'd like to show all customers landing on your menu. 
    

Pop-up Notification text

You can edit the pop-up notification text to make it bold, italic or add a link. Follow the below formatting to apply custom text to your pop up. 

1. Bold text
   Use two asterisks either side of the text you'd like to make bold.
   **bold text** for bold text
2. Italic text
   Use one asterisks either side of the text you'd like to make bold.
   *italicized text* for italics text
3. Clickable text 
   Include text within a square bracket to create a clickable link.

4. Click Save.
5. Go to your me&u menu URL and click into a category to test that your pop up appears as you expected.
