In Connect, you can use Campaigns and Automations to send notification to users if your app uses Firebase.

Enable Firebase Integration

1. Log in to Connect and select Apps>Install New Apps
2. Select All in the left hand menu and scroll down until you see Firebase and select Learn More
3. On the next page select Install App
   
   
4. Enter your Firebase Private Key File and then select the Upload file icon
5. You will then need to map the Device ID Field to a field in Connect.
   If you haven't yet created a field, follow the instruction in Add Contact Field.
6. Select Authenticate

Once you have successfully added the Firebase Integration, you will see new options when you are creating Campaigns and Automations.

Sending a Push Notification with Campaigns

If you have installed the Firebase integration, when creating a Campaign, you will see a new option to select Push Notification.

When sending a Push Notification you can enter a Title and Message Body.

Sending a Push Notification with Automations

If you have installed Firebase, when setting up an Automation, you will now see Push Notification as an option in Actions. You can use this Action to create automations to send a Push Notification.
