Venue Invoices

Venue invoices will show you the total payout for the billing period, including fees and taxes.

Venue invoices can viewed and downloaded in Manage by going to Reports & Payouts > Billing.

FAQ

  • Why doesn't the billing amount match the sales for the month?
    The venue invoice is a summary of amounts paid out in a month. Since sales are not paid out immediately, some payments might be processed in a different month, leading to discrepancies.

  • When are monthly billing invoices generated?
    These are generated on the 5th day after the month ends. If you are looking for the December billing invoice, this will be generated on the 5th of January.

  • Can I be emailed the invoice?
    Yes, If you would like the invoices to be emailed to you automatically, go to Venue Details > Venue Info and scroll down to Account Email and add your email.
