What is Menu Structure Sync?
Menu Structure Sync (MSS) is the next iteration of POS-integrations at me&u. MSS will extract the structure of the menu from the POS and automatically produce a me&u menu that customers can order from immediately. MSS will also keep the menu in sync with the POS, so changes from the POS will reflect on me&u automatically and within minutes.
Which POS systems are supported?
Currently MSS supports Zonal, Toast and Deliverect.
How does MSS work?
Menu Structure Sync reflects the menu structure that is set up on the POS. When doing a Menu Structure Sync, your me&u menu will be reflective of how you set up your menu in your POS. This includes Categories, Sections, Items, Modifiers as well as their respective positions.
How often does it sync?
Zonal syncs every 10 minutes.
Toast syncs every 30 minutes.
Deliverect syncs when the venue hits the publish button on Deliverect.
