This discount type is for when you want to apply a % discount or $ off on individual items only. For example…

• 25% discount on the Smashed Avocado
• 50% discount on Margarita’s 

This article relates to creating vouchers within the Reward platform. If you are looking to create discount codes within your Manage account, click here and follow the guides on the page.

How To:

Prerequisite : This type of discount is based on the items added to the Products section in the Voucherify Dashboard. Follow the article How to add products from Serve into Reward. 

1. Select Campaign > Discount Coupons
2. Choose between Bulk Codes or a Standalone Code. 
3. Select a Timeframe if needed
4. Choose Product Discount ($ or %) 
5. Select the discounted products 
   • If you have already set the free item up as a ‘Product’, simply search for it
   • If not, add a new product by clicking the + Create New
   • Follow this article on How to add products from Serve to Reward
6. Add a 'promotion to specific items' validation rule
7. Leave Metadata blank
8. Test your code
