Detailed reports for all Email and SMS actions performed via automations are captured within the Campaigns section. Reports can be viewed on an aggregate level by folders or individually based on each send.
When setting up the Email Actions for your automations, it is generally a good idea to setup individual folders for each automation to allow an easier way of accessing aggregate reports. However, if you have multiple automations sending emails with similar offers/campaigns, they can also be added into the same folder. This will allow reporting to be generated across multiple automations.
As automations can execute instantly when actions are performed, they are hidden from view when accessing the Campaigns page. This is to ensure that the Campaigns page displays details about manually sent campaigns rather than every single email sent out via various automations (eg: if you have an automation set to execute after a new contact is added, you may have thousands of campaign reports which will make it hard to navigate the campaigns section).

Viewing Reports
- Select the Automations section and find the automation you're looking for
- Click the arrow next to Edit and then choose Statistics from the dropdown menu
- You'll then be able to see the email and SMS statistics for the automation's lifecycle.
You are also able to view the email and SMS actions taken by the automation in the last six months. Do note that statistics will only be available to automations that send email or SMS. If an automation doesn't send out email or SMS, you won't see an option to view a statistics page.
