This gives a quick snapshot of performance over the last 90 days.
Viewing analytics for an individual campaign
To see detailed analytics for a specific campaign, click Statistics next to the campaign from the Campaigns page.
This opens the Campaign Statistics dashboard, where high-level performance metrics for that individual campaign are displayed in the header, followed by deeper insights across multiple tabs.
Campaign Overview (Individual Campaign)
The Overview tab shows the key performance metrics for that specific campaign, including:
Email Delivered – % of successfully delivered emails
Email Open – % of delivered emails that were opened
Email Click-Through – % of recipients who clicked a link
Email Opt-outs – % of users who unsubscribed
Spam Rate – % marked as spam

You will also see a timeline graph showing email activity (sent, opened, bounced, blocked, and opt-outs) across the lifecycle of the campaign.
Recipients
The Recipients tab provides a detailed list of all contacts included in the campaign.
Here you can:
Search for a specific recipient
Filter by engagement status
See who opened or did not open the email
Track individual open and click activity
Export recipient data (download icon)
This is useful for investigating engagement and supporting customer enquiries.
Links
The Links tab shows how recipients interacted with the links included in your campaign.
This section helps you understand which content, buttons, or call-to-actions received the most engagement.
Link Performance
The Link performance view displays a summary of all links in your campaign, including how many times each link was clicked.
This helps identify which links are driving the most engagement (e.g. bookings, menus, social media, landing pages).
Total clicks: All clicks on the link (including repeat clicks)
Unique clicks: Number of recipients who clicked at least once
Click-through rate: % of recipients who clicked a link
Editing links after sending
Next to each link, the [EDIT] option allows you to update the destination URL.
Once updated, all future clicks will redirect to the new link.
Link Map
The Link map provides a visual preview of your email with clickable areas, showing where recipients clicked within the campaign.
This is useful for:
Understanding which buttons or sections attract the most attention
Evaluating placement of call-to-action buttons
Optimising future campaign design
Timezone & devices
The Timezone & devices tab provides insights into how recipients interacted with your campaign based on:
Device type (e.g. iPhone, iPad, Desktop)
Email client (e.g. Apple Mail, Chrome)
Note: Blank or limited device/timezone data may occur due to privacy settings on the recipient’s device or email client.
Use this data to:
Optimise emails for mobile vs desktop
Improve formatting and layout decisions
Better understand audience behaviour
Campaign Folders (Aggregate Reporting)
Campaign Folders allow you to group related sends (e.g. Birthday flows or Promotions).
From the Folders view you can:
View total campaigns within a folder
Compare high-level performance
Click Statistics to see aggregated analytics across all sends in that folder
This is especially useful for automated campaigns and lifecycle journeys.
