In Connect, you can add more than one channel to a single campaign, so the same campaign can reach your contacts by email, SMS, or push notification. This article shows you how to add an additional channel to an existing campaign. Before you start
- You'll need access to Connect with permission to create and edit campaigns.
- Decide which delivery method you want for the new channel (email, SMS, or push notification). This can't be changed once the channel is created.
Add a channel
- Find the campaign you want to add to, using the campaign list, folder view, or search.
- Click the drop-down icon next to the campaign.
- Select the option to add a channel to the campaign.
- Choose the channel type (email or SMS).
- Confirm you're adding it to the correct campaign.
- Click to continue and start building the channel.

ℹ️ Note: The delivery method you pick here is fixed for this channel. To send the same message a different way, add another channel.
Troubleshooting
