If the items you're looking to import or modifiers you want to link don't show in the Bulk Operations or Your Menu's Modifiers page, then you will need to perform a sync that will send your products and modifiers to me&u via Doshii. 

We recommend making all of the changes needed in your POS before sending it to Doshii as the process may take 10 to 30 minutes depending on the size of the menu.

How to send products and modifiers to Doshii

1. Open your OrderMate Officemate Back Office
2. Go to the Online Platforms menu
   1. From the left-hand navigation, select the cloud icon 

3. Choose what you want to sync

   ✅ Tick Send Menu – sends items, options, and sections. 

   ✅ Tick Send Tables – sends table sections and table details. 

   ✅ Tick Send Site – sends terminals, users, and price adjustments. 

4. Click Send to Online Platforms Now 

Allow 10-30 minutes for updates to appear, this depends on the size of the menu and the change you're actioning.
