What is feedback on me&u?
Feedback is a fully integrated feature in me&u, using our platforms to encourage, collect, and manage guest feedback for your venue.

Collect guest feedback on Order & Pay
Guest feedback collection is on by default. You can toggle this off in Manage in the Feedback tab on the sidebar menu.
- Guest feedback is obtained directly from your customers in our Order & Pay platform.
- Post-purchase, guests are prompted to optionally leave a star rating out of 5.
- Once they've selected their star rating, guests can optionally leave a written comments.
Manage Google reviews for your business
Guests are asked to leave a Google review based on the minimum star rating that has been set in Manage.
You can manage Google review prompts for guests with one toggle.
To manage Google reviews:
- Toggle Google reviews on (Guest feedback must be toggled on).
- Your Google review link has been pre-filled based on your venue address. Verify your Google review link is correct by clicking "View link".
- If your review link is incorrect, use the Google Place ID finder to look up your business name.
- Copy the Place ID for your business into the Google Business Place ID field.
- Check your link to verify it has been updated.
- Configure the minimum star rating for which you would like guests to be prompted to leave a Google review.
- To turn Google reviews off, simply use the same Google reviews toggle and switch this to off.

Receive Fast Feedback in Crew, our staff app
Guests are prompted for written feedback after leaving their star rating, if they aren't asked to leave a Google review. These go directly to Fast Feedback in Crew.
- Your staff can leverage Crew to action feedback in-venue.
- Fast Feedback allows you to mitigate guest concerns and gain insights about on how to improve your service and offering.

FAQs
How do I see the feedback guests have left?
- You can use Crew to check out the feedback guests are leaving.
- Reach out to your account manager or the support team at support@meandu.com for access to reporting.
I'm having issues with my review link, how can I fix this?
- If your review link is incorrect, ensure your Place ID is correct by searching your business in the Google Place ID finder, then copy the ID into the Google Business Place ID field in the Feedback tab on Manage.
- If you're still having trouble, please reach out to the support team at support@meandu.com
Which regions are able to use the feedback feature?
- Feedback is available in all regions.
- Note that Crew is not yet fully available in the US.
Is feedback available for food halls/MVO?
- Yes, feedback will direct guests to leave a review for the food hall, and feedback goes straight to the operator.
Is this replacing the post-purchase survey?
- Yes, the post-purchase survey is being replaced by the feedback feature.
- Contact the support team at support@meandu.com if you're still using the post-purchase survey and would like to switch to the feedback feature.
