How to add a GIF to an email campaign:
- Within the Email Editor click on the image placeholder
- Navigate to the image editor (on the righthand side)
- Click the 'Upload Image' Button
- Within the popup, drag and drop (or click to select) your GIF into the designated area
💡Tips:
- GIF files should be 1MB or under in size.
- Please note: Dragging and dropping a GIF into the image upload section may cause an error so you need to use the ‘Upload’ button.
- GIFs are not supported in Outlook. Thus the first frame of your GIF is what will be displayed for people using Outlook.
Add animated GIFs to make your campaigns more fun and eye-catching, grabbing your audience’s attention!

- Hit Enter
