What Happens if a me&u Order is Rejected?
If an order gets rejected by the POS system, it won’t print from your kitchen or bar, which might mean the team misses the order. To prevent missed orders we recommend monitoring the Live Orders screen from your Manage portal. In addition to this, you can also set up Backup Printers. -
How Backup Printers Help:
With Backup Printers, you can set up a dedicated me&u printer that will print any orders that the POS system has rejected. This ensures that no orders are overlooked. -
Normal Printing Still Happens:
Orders accepted by the POS will continue to print as usual from your regular printers. The Backup Printers are just an extra layer to catch any rejected orders. -
Easy Order Tracking:
Rejected orders will appear highlighted in red on Live Orders, making them easy to spot for quick reconciliation between me&u and the POS at the end of the day.
This system helps keep everything running smoothly and ensures that no orders slip through the cracks!
