If you're experiencing timeouts or red orders, you may need to restart your H&L Order Service. It's a simple process that just requires a few click.
- On the POS, press the Windows key and in the search bar type in
servicesthen hit Enter - On the Services window, scroll and find
H&L Order Service - Right Click on
H&L Order Servicethen press Stop - Right Click on
H&L Order Servicethen press Start
