Add your Facebook pixel to track all visitors to your me&u menu, so you can later target them with ads on Facebook and measure your cost per conversion.

Based on the iOS 14.5 updates we built a new integration that will allow you to track conversion and purchase value. This will require, together with your Facebook Pixel, a Facebook Access Token. What is a Facebook Pixel?
The Facebook pixel (when used alongside your Facebook access token) allows you to track all the visitors to your me&u menu and create an audience of those people that you can later target with ads on Facebook.
This is a very warm audience to send ads to as they're already familiar with your venue, as opposed to simply boosting posts to complete strangers that aren't very effective and impossible to measure results of.
For example, you may spend $50 on Facebook ads. By having your Facebook pixel installed on your me&u menu, you can see that those ads resulted in 5 pickup or delivery orders. You will then know that your advertising cost per order was $10. If your average sale in $80, for example, then this might be a profitable marketing channel for you!

How to add your Facebook Pixel
- Go to Marketing > Social Media Integrations
- Paste your Pixel into the field Facebook Pixel Id.
- Click Save.
Where do I find my Facebook Pixel?
Here's a video to follow along with the steps below:
- Go to Facebook and login to Ads Manager.
- In the top left corner, click on the three lines to expand the main menu.
- Click on Events Manager.
- Find your Pixel ID on this page and copy the entire number as shown below (our full pixel ID is hidden for security).
- Within your Manage me&u portal, go to Marketing > Facebook Pixel.
- Paste your Pixel into the field Facebook Pixel Id.
- Click Save.

Setting up Custom Conversions on Facebook
Here are instructions on how to set up Custom Conversions in the Facebook Ads Manager Platform. We recommend you consult a professional if you are not familiar with this process.
To set up a custom conversion event for when someone purchases something on your me&u menu, the URL of your payment confirmation pages are:
Dine-in Orders: https://www.me&u.com/yourvenueurl/checkout/dine-in/confirmation
Pickup Orders: https://www.me&u.com/yourvenueurl/checkout/pickup/confirmation
Delivery Orders: https://www.me&u.com/yourvenueurl/checkout/delivery/confirmation
The only way for people to land on those URLs is if they have placed an order on your menu.
