- Make sure you are not in private browsing.
- Please try refreshing the page and trying again.
- Try using Apple or Google Pay or an alternative card.
Because this security measure is created by the payment method provider or bank, me&u Support is unable to resolve issues with it. If your card fails 3D Secure authentication, this is often due to restrictions or systems in place with your card issuer.
If you need further assistance, please contact your card issuer or financial institution directly for support. In the meantime, the next best workaround is to try another card and/or payment method.
