After a guest places their order, you can give them the option to leave a review by clicking the button 'Rate your experience.' You can add a review link of your choice within Manage.
How to add a Review Link
- Go to Venue Details > Venue Info
- Scroll to Post-purchase Survey and you can replace the existing link with any link you would like to send your guests to.
💡It's common for venues to add their Google Business review link here but you can add any link that allows a guest to leave a review.
How to find your Google Business Review Link
- Make sure you are logged into the Google account that has access to your Google Business Profile.
- Search for your venue in Google.
- At the top of the Google search results you will see a section called Your business on Google.
- Select Ask for Review. If the review link doesn't appear, you might need to select the down arrow to view more options.
