Set a custom wait time to let guests know there will be a longer wait on parts of your menu.

How to set a wait time on a category or section
- Go to Orders > Wait Times
- Find the category you want to add a wait time to and check it's respective checkbox. You can also choose to apply wait times to sections only, just use the arrow to expand a category and then click each checkbox for the desired sections.
- A total count of how many categories and sections are selected will show in the footer.
- Once you're happy with your selection, click Set wait times
- Set the wait time you want to display to the guest under Wait time
note: if you don't want to set a specific wait time, select No estimate - Set when you want the wait time to clear under Clear after
note: if you don't want the wait time to clear, select Don't clear - Select Confirm to apply the wait time to your selection
How to set a section wait time that is different to the category
If you want the wait time of one of your sections to be different to the rest of the categories, do the following
- First, set the wait time on the category
- Select Show sections
- Find the section you want to change and select it's checkbox
- Select Set Wait times in the footer and setup the time for that section
How to remove wait times
- Go to Orders > Wait Times
- Select the checkboxes for which categories and sections you wish to remove the wait times for
- In the footer select Clear wait times
- Confirm the change
