If your printer is showing offline, follow the below steps to restore its connection and functionality.
Steps:

Restart the printer
Do this by turning it off, holding the feed button, then turning it back on and releasing the feed button. -
Check whether your printer is plugged in
• Are the cords and cables in securely? Loose plugs cause the printer to go offline.
• Are the cords and cables plugged into the correct ports? If it's connected via an ethernet cable, ensure it's connected to a port that works. - Check for firmware updates
- Perform a factory reset
